METHODS OF PAYMENT
Shipping costs within Germany
The shipping costs vary depending on the size of your order. If you order e.g. only one article, we dispatch with the German letter post. Then the postage costs you only 0,95€ From two and more cards we charge 1,55€.
Packages that do not fit in your mailbox, we send with DHL. This will cost you a flat rate of 3,90 € up to a weight of 31,5 kg.
When you have added all products to your shopping cart, we will determine which shipping method is appropriate for your package.
When you order in our webshop, you can choose between different payment methods:
We offer three payment methods: Credit card (Mastercard and Visa), PayPal and paydirekt.
Payment via giropay and paydirekt
Paydirekt is an additional function of your current account. The payment is processed directly through your account and sent to our account. Your account information will not be passed on to us.
Payment by PayPal or credit card
Paying by credit card or PayPal allows us to process your payment quickly and securely. This way we can send you your favorite products as soon as possible.
If you choose PayPal as payment method, you will be redirected to PayPal at the end of the order process. If you are already a PayPal customer, you can log in there with your user data and confirm the payment. If you are new to PayPal, you can also register as a guest or open a PayPal account and then confirm the payment. As a rule, the receipt of payment via PayPal is booked only a few minutes after the order, the shipment of your order will be prepared accordingly immediately. If you want to return the goods, the amount will be credited to your PayPal account.
When paying by credit card, you enter your credit card details on our secure payment pages. Your credit card data is encrypted by SSL and protected against interception and manipulation. Credits from returns will be charged back to your credit card. We accept the following credit cards: Visa and Mastercard.

Minimum Order Value: There is no minimum order value, you can order as you like.
Delivery Times: Our delivery time is usually 1 - 3 business days.
PO Boxes: We cannot deliver to PO Box addresses in Germany. Maybe a delivery to a DHL Packstation is an alternative for you.

Returns Policy
YOUR LEGAL RIGHT OF CANCELLATION (CANCELLATION POLICY)
YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO CANCEL THIS CONTRACT WITHIN FOURTEEN DAYS WITHOUT GIVING ANY REASON.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days. It begins on the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods. In the event that you have ordered several goods as part of a single order and these are delivered separately by us for any reason, the period begins on the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the last goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter or e-mail sent by post). You can use the attached sample withdrawal form, which is not mandatory.

You can also declare your revocation by e-mail to info@memtell.com. Please indicate in your e-mail your name, the name of the articles concerned, your order number as well as the date of the conclusion of the contract and the date on which you received the goods.
In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
Consequences of the revocation
If you revoke this contract, we will reimburse you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your revocation of this contract.
For the repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged for this repayment.
However, we may refuse the repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the cancellation of this contract.
The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the period of fourteen days. You shall also bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You must pay for any loss in value of the goods only if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for checking the condition, properties and functioning of the goods.
